- Do I need to know anything about AI or tech?
- Not a thing. You tell us what's slowing you down in plain English, and we design, build, host, and run the workflow behind it. You just use it.
- How does pricing work?
- It's a simple subscription, billed once a quarter, that gets cheaper for every workflow you add. Each new workflow starts with a one-time setup quoted to your project, then joins your plan. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, and founding clients lock in their rate for life.
- Can I cancel?
- Plans run in three-month terms billed quarterly. At the end of each quarter you renew or cancel, your call. No lock-in beyond the quarter you're in.
- Who owns what?
- You always own your data. It's exportable anytime and deleted if you ever leave. We own and maintain the workflow itself, hosting it, running it, and keeping it updated. Cancel and it switches off, and your data goes with you.
- What can you automate?
- If it's eating your time, it's on the table. We build custom workflows for any business, scope it out with you, and make sure you love the final product.
- Will it work with the tools I already use?
- Yes. We build around the CRMs, POS systems, calendars, phones, and marketing tools you already run, or suggest a simpler swap only when it genuinely helps.
- Are you a real, U.S. team?
- Yes. Grandane is a family-run, U.S.-based, veteran-owned team. You'll always talk to the people actually building your systems, never an outsourced ticket queue.
